EShopperia does not own, sell, or control any products listed on the platform.
Product disputes, including quality, authenticity, or warranty issues, must be resolved between customers and sellers.
4. Account Registration
To use EShopperia’s services, you may be required to register an account.
Requirements:
Provide accurate, up-to-date information, including your name, contact details, and payment information.
Secure your account credentials to prevent unauthorized access.
Customer Responsibility for Unauthorized Use:
You are responsible for any unauthorized transactions performed through your account.
Important Clause: If a transaction is conducted by a child under your account, and such a transaction results in financial loss, EShopperia will not be liable for refunds or compensation after the seller’s return period has expired. Ensure proper supervision over your account usage.
5. Product Information
Product details, images, and descriptions are provided by sellers, and while we strive for accuracy, EShopperia cannot guarantee the following:
- Exact matches between product descriptions/images and received items.
- Availability, pricing, or condition of products listed on the platform.
6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Orders placed through EShopperia are subject to acceptance by the seller.
Conditions for Seller Order Refusal or Cancellation:
- Product unavailability.
- Errors in product description or pricing.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
Customer Cancellation Rights:
- Orders may be canceled before processing begins. Once processing or shipping starts, cancellations are no longer allowed.
If a cancellation is initiated, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
7. Payment Terms
To complete a transaction on EShopperia:
- You must pay the full amount displayed at checkout, including taxes and shipping fees.
- Payments must be made via the methods provided, such as UPI, net banking, or credit/debit cards.
Unauthorized Transactions:
- Clause Reiterated: EShopperia will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorized transactions, including those conducted by children.
8. Delivery Policy
EShopperia partners with delivery services to facilitate efficient shipping.
Delivery Timelines:
- Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, logistical issues, or external disruptions.
Customer Responsibility:
- Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
- EShopperia is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside its control, including incorrect addresses or refusal to accept delivery.
9. Return and Refund Policy
Returns are governed by the seller’s policies. EShopperia provides logistical support but does not directly process product returns.
Conditions for Returns:
- Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product damaged during shipment.
- Exceptional size issues (case-specific).
Return Requests:
- Requests must be initiated within the seller’s specified return period, generally 3 days from delivery.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase included
- If product is found tempered or damaged due to customer’s negligence, there will be no refund entertained by the EShopperia or their Sellers.
- All the products during return must be return with their tags or documentation delivered to you.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on EShopperia.com, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the intellectual property of EShopperia or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of content is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- EShopperia disclaims all warranties related to its services, products listed, or seller performance.
- EShopperia is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
- Unauthorized account usage or financial losses caused by children or third parties, beyond the seller’s return period.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi, India.
Dispute Resolution:
- Initial disputes must be resolved through direct negotiation.
- Unresolved issues will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Delhi.
