    • External disruptions (e.g., weather, strikes).
3. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • Charges may vary based on product weight, dimensions, or delivery location.
4. Tracking Information

Once an order is shipped:

  • Customers will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
  • The tracking ID can be used to monitor the shipment’s status in real time.
5. Failed Deliveries
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or non-response from the customer, the order may be returned to the seller.
  • In such cases, EShopperia reserves the right to deduct shipping charges from the refund amount before processing the remaining balance to the customer.
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts will lead to order cancellation, and the customer will be informed accordingly.

  • Delivery services are available within specified serviceable areas only.

1. Order Cancellation by Customers
  • Before Processing Begins:
    Customers can cancel their order before it is processed or shipped.

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer support or website account portal.
    • A full refund will be issued for cancellations made before processing begins.
  • After Processing or Shipping:
    Cancellations cannot be accommodated once the order has been processed or shipped.

2. Order Cancellation by EShopperia or Sellers

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following scenarios:

  1. Product is out of stock.
  2. Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
  3. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions detected.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be credited to the original payment method.
  • The refund timeline depends on the payment gateway or bank policies.
4. Failed Deliveries
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or non-response from the customer, and the order is returned to the seller, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
5. Exceptions
  • Orders containing perishable or custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellations.
