1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered: If the item received is different from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect size, color, or model).
  2. Damaged Product Received: If the product is damaged during transit or upon receipt.
  3. Size or Fit Issues: In exceptional cases, where the size or fit of the product is a critical concern (e.g., for apparel or footwear), returns will be accepted within the return window.
Return Period:
  • Return periods are set by the individual sellers on our platform, but generally, the return period is 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • If a product is returned after the seller’s set return period, a refund will not be issued.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  1. Products that are used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
  2. Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or other time-sensitive products).
  3. Custom-made or personalized products.
  4. Items where the return period set by the seller has expired.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact us within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
  2. Provide the following details to our customer support:
    • Order number and date of purchase.
    • Reason for the return request.
    • Clear photographic evidence showing the damage, wrong product, or size issue.
  3. Once your return request is submitted, our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping Charges:
  • If the return is due to a wrong or damaged product, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • For other cases (e.g., size issues), the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received by the seller or our logistics partners, a refund will be processed based on the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original tags and documentation intact.
    • If the product is damaged by the customer or if the tags and documentation are missing, refunds will not be entertained.
    • Refunds are only issued after the product is inspected by the seller to verify its condition.
  2. Refund Process:
    • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
    • Refunds will be processed minus any shipping or handling fees if applicable.
  3. Partial Refunds:
    • If the returned product is damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued depending on the extent of the damage or discrepancy.
    • If a return is requested after the return period set by the seller has expired, no refund will be issued.
  4. Refund on Failed Deliveries:
    • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or non-response from the customer, and the order is returned to the seller, the shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
    • The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for products. However, you can initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired item.
